How to use it
Each group has three equal zones: short letters between the baseline and dotted midline, tall letters up to the top line, and descenders down to the bottom line. The baseline is coloured (red by default) so children see where letters sit.
Print quality: the lines are true vector lines in the PDF, so they stay sharp on any printer at any zoom, and the file is tiny. Print at 100% (“Actual size”) so measurements stay exact to the millimetre. The file is created on your device.
Worked example
12 mm groups (4 mm per zone) with 5 mm gaps: 16 writing lines on A4.
