How to use it
- Enter your name, title, company and contact details.
- Add a photo or logo link if you like (it must be hosted online with an https link).
- Choose the layout, colour and font.
- Click “Copy signature” and paste it into your email app’s signature box. Developers can copy the HTML code.
The signature uses HTML tables with inline styles — the approach email apps display reliably — and switches to right-to-left automatically for Arabic.

Why does my photo not show?
Email apps only show images hosted online. Upload your photo to your website or an image host and use its direct https link.
Does it work on mobile?
Recipients see it on mobile, but setting up a formatted signature is easiest from the desktop version of your email app.
Is my data saved?
Only in your browser so it is there when you come back. Nothing is sent to any server.
