Copy this code and paste it into your page (in the HTML editor). Free, and it adjusts its height automatically.

How to use it

  1. Pick the document type: invoice, quotation, proforma invoice or receipt.
  2. Enter your business details and add your logo, then your client’s.
  3. Add line items with quantity and price — totals are calculated for you.
  4. Set the tax rate (VAT/GST/sales tax) and any discount.
  5. Download an A4 PDF or print it.
Total = (Σ qty × price) × (1 − discount%) × (1 + tax%) + shipping

No account: your last entries are kept only in your browser so they are there next time; nothing is sent to any server, and the PDF is created on your device.

Check the details your country requires on an invoice, such as your tax/VAT number and sequential numbering.

Worked example

Website design 6,000 + hosting 900 + 5 support hours × 250 = 8,150, plus 20% VAT: 9,780.

Frequently asked questions

Is the invoice legally valid?
That depends on the details your country requires (names, addresses, tax number, sequential numbering…). Mandatory e-invoicing systems need certified software.
Where is my data stored?
Only in your browser (local storage) to save time on your next invoice. We never see or store it.
Can I add my logo?
Yes — PNG or JPG; a transparent background looks best.
What if I have many items?
The invoice continues on a second page automatically, repeating the table header and numbering the pages.
