How to use it
The code is generated in your browser to the QR standard (ISO/IEC 18004) and holds your data directly — no redirect link, so it never expires and can’t be tracked.
- Wi-Fi: phones join the network on scan without typing the password.
- WhatsApp: opens a chat with a pre-filled message. Include the country code.
- Error correction: higher levels survive damage or a logo on top, but make the code denser.
For print, use SVG — it stays sharp at any size.
Worked example
A code for the “Cafe_WiFi” network on WPA holds: WIFI:T:WPA;S:Cafe_WiFi;P:password;;
Frequently asked questions
Do these QR codes expire?
No. They contain your data directly, not a temporary link.
Can I use non-English text?
Yes — text is encoded as UTF-8, which modern phones read.
Why won’t my code scan?
Keep strong contrast (dark on light), leave the quiet zone, and print it at least 2 cm wide.
